NDE is a stainless-steel door for exterior use. The door is made from stainless material AISI 304, with brushed surface. The internal part is filled with polyurethane foam for reinforcement. The door is ready to be mounted into the exterior doorframe NZE . It is fastened on a swivel pin in the lower and upper part of the door. The door can additionally be arrested at the hinges, in which way the mounting inaccuracies can be limited. The door is further fastened in a way to eliminate the effect of the sun/shade transition and thus the different expansion of the stainless material at various temperatures.
As standard, the NZE doorframe is manufactured with the depth of 130 mm for mounting in the wall of at least 100 mm. The doorframe cannot be ordered separately (always as the NDE and NZE set).
The door types are delivered with widths of 700, 800 and 900 mm and in the left- and right-hand design. The door includes fittings and a cylinder with a key.
The door is not designed as fireproof!
Doors and doorframes can also be custom-made in other dimensions (e.g., 1000 mm). To order, it can be supplemented with opening with shatter-proof glass, safety fittings, ventilation, handle for the disabled, anti-panic handle, slot machine for conditional entry after payment of MAD , automatic closer, or other equipment by the customer’s wish.
To distinguish between RIGHT and LEFT doors, the position of the hinges when opening towards you is decisive.
• RIGHT door: The door opens towards you, the hinges are on the right
• LEFT door: The door opens towards you, the hinges are on the left

NDE ist eine Edelstahltür für Exterieure, hergestellt aus Edelstahl AISI 304) mit gebürsteter Oberfläche und Innenfüllung aus Polyurethanschaum. Die Tür ist für die Edelstahlzarge NZE bestimmt. Die Scharniere können bei unpräzisem Einbau der Türzarge zwecks Justierung der Tür eingestellt werden und sind so konstruiert, dass etwaige ungleichmäßige Wärmeausdehnung infolge von Temperaturschwankungen durch teilweise Sonnenbestrahlung kompensiert wird.
Die dazugehörige Türzarge NZE mit einer Tiefe von 130 mm ist für Wandstärken von mindestens 100 mm bestimmt und kann nicht separat bestellt werden (nur im Set NDE + NZE).
Die Tür wird in den Standardbreiten 700, 800 und 900 mm in linker und rechter Ausführung hergestellt. Zum Lieferumfang gehören Türbeschläge und Türschloss mit Schlüssel.
Die Tür hat keine Brandschutzfunktion!!
Tür und Türzarge sind auf Wunsch auch in anderen Abmessungen lieferbar, z.B. 1.000 mm. Ferner sind lieferbar: Fenster mit Sicherheitsscheibe, Sicherheitsbeschläge, Ventilation, Griff für Rollstuhlfahrer, Panikgriff, Münzautomat MAD , für Zutritt gegen Bezahlung, automatischer Türschließer, ggf. Weiteres nach Wunsch des Kunden.
Um zwischen rechten und linken Türen zu unterscheiden, ist die Position der Scharniere beim Öffnen zu Ihnen hin entscheidend.
• Rechte Tür: Die Tür öffnet sich zu Ihnen hin, die Scharniere befinden sich rechts.
• Linke Tür: Die Tür öffnet sich zu Ihnen hin, die Scharniere befinden sich links.
