AUP 34 (FUSION ceramics produced by HATRIA) is a design urinal with automatic intelligent (IQ) flushing device and cover designed especially to bathrooms in both homes and hotels. The AUP 33 automatic urinal is intended for toilettes where user comfort and hygiene are required together with economic use of water.
The electronics scans and assesses processes in the trap and upon the result it directs the device to flush. Only one litre is enough to flush the urinal. If somebody approaches the urinal without using it, the control electronics does not react. It prevents needless flushing in the case of incidental short-term entrance (passing by the bowl urinal, etc.). After 24 hours of no activity, the bowl urinal automatically flushes.
Construction of the flushing system allows easy installation comprising only connection and suspension of the ceramics on prepared wall. As all elements are incorporated in the ceramics, the flushing system is protected against mechanical injury, both incidental and intentional.The urinal does not contain any optical elements; therefore it removes disadvantages of sensor technology such as soiling or damaging of scanning diodes and their poor dark colour sensitivity.
Due to the cover use of the urinal is not suitable for public toilettes.

AUP 34 (Keramik FUSION vom Hersteller HATRIA) ist ein Design-Urinal mit eingebautem automatischem IQ-Spüler und Deckel, bestimmt vor allem für Badezimmer, sowohl in Hotels als auch zu Hause. Das automatische Urinal AUP 34 ist für Sanitärbereiche bestimmt, bei denen hoher Komfort und Sauberkeit bei maximaler Wassereinsparung gewünscht sind.
Die Elektronik erfasst die Prozesse im Siphon und steuert anhand ihrer Auswertung die Spülung. Zum Spülen genügt ein einziger Liter Wasser. Nähert sich eine Person dem Urinal, ohne es zu benutzen, reagiert die Steuerelektronik nicht. So wird unnötiges Spülen bei zufälligem Betreten der Reaktionszone oder kurzfristigem Aufenthalt (Vorbeigehen) vermieden. Nach 24 Stunden ohne Benutzung wird das Urinal automatisch gespült.
Die Konstruktion des Spülers ermöglicht eine einfache Montage durch Anschließen und Befestigen der Keramik an der Wand. Dank der Anordnung aller Elemente innerhalb der Keramik ist die Spüleinrichtung vor mechanischer, auch mutwilliger Beschädigung geschützt. Es gibt es keine optischen Sensoren mit ihren Nachteilen, z.B. verminderte Empfindlichkeit bei Verschmutzung oder Beschädigung der optischen Elemente oder gegenüber dunklen Farben.
Für öffentliche Sanitärbereiche ist das Urinal aufgrund des Deckels nicht geeignet.
