Local draft — operator details, tax rules and legal texts must be reviewed and approved before sales begin.
Controller and contact
Jolita Voigt is responsible for processing personal data on saninox.eu. Contact details are provided below.
Using the catalogue
Included images, documents, fonts and scripts are served locally. No analytics, advertising or newsletter services are integrated. External manufacturer websites receive data when you follow their links.
Storage on your device
Language, product selection, comparison and motion preferences are saved in local browser storage. Imported catalogues and files remain in the browser’s IndexedDB database; the importer does not upload them. Remove these records through your browser’s site-data settings. A random submission key is held in browser session storage during an order attempt so a reload can recover the outcome without creating a duplicate.
Orders and bank transfers
When ordering is enabled by the operator, contact, billing and delivery details and order items are processed to handle your order. Payment instructions are sent using the configured email provider. Online banking credentials are never requested. The order number identifies your transfer; incoming payments are checked manually.
Purposes, legal bases and recipients
Enquiries and orders are processed to take steps towards or perform a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). Statutory retention is based on (c); necessary security measures may rely on (f). Before launch, the operator must specify hosting, email and delivery providers, retention periods and any international transfers. Administrator sessions use necessary session cookies.
Your rights
Subject to legal conditions, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction and portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Consent may be withdrawn for the future. You may complain to a data protection authority. Contact the controller below.
