Delivery charge
The planned delivery charge is €50.00 per order, not per item. Delivery countries and VAT treatment must be confirmed in payment settings. Available destinations and calculated totals are shown before an order is placed.
Bank transfer / advance payment
After an order is successfully recorded, payment instructions include the account holder, IBAN, BIC where applicable, amount and order number as the payment reference. Email delivery requires a configured and tested email account.
Delivery and receipt of funds
No blanket lead time or stock availability is promised. Confirm the lead time for each item. Transfers are not automatically detected as paid; the operator checks the bank account.
