AUP 03 is an integral stainless steel urinal with an automatic flushing system located directly on siphon. The electronics scans and assesses processes in the trap and upon the result it directs the device to flush. Only one litre is enough to flush the bowl urinal. If somebody approaches the bowl urinal without using it, the control electronics does not react. It prevents needless flushing in the case of incidental short-term entrance (passing by the bowl urinal, etc.). After 24 hours of no activity, the bowl urinal automatically flushes.
The construction of the flushing system allows its easy assembly requiring only connection and hanging onto a wall. The flushing system is protected against mechanical damage, even willful, because all components are placed under the cover of the urinal. When connected to the source of power supply the electronics self-adjusts to the actual surround conditions.
The AUP 03 automatic stainless steel urinal, due to its higher resistance to damage, is intended mainly for public facilities, highway lay-byes etc, where maximum water savings and a long life are guaranteed. For extra heavy facilities we recommend version type BSTP 01 , made of 2 mm thick material, with even higher resistance to vandalism – see also safety section.
The urinal is supplied either with 12 V, 50 Hz from ZAC power supply or with 6 V from AA batteries (4 pcs.).
AUP 03 is manufactured from the stainless steel AISI 304. Other materials (e.g. AISI 316) possible on order. For cleaning we recomnned WÜRTH detergents – material preservation (no. 0893 121 K) and material cleaning (no. 893 121 1).
Newly, we offer Komaxit-coated stainless-steel urinals. The wide colour scheme enables their location in rooms with tuned colours, from business centres, administrative buildings schools, to museums and galleries, where they can stand out perfectly thanks to their appearance.
What is Komaxit?
This is a powder coating, surface finish of metals by means of powder plastics applied electrostatically (therefore, it can only be used for conductive metal elements).

AUP 03 ist ein modern gestaltetes Edelstahl-Urinal mit eingebautem automatischem IQ-Spüler.
Die Elektronik erfasst die Prozesse im Siphon und steuert anhand ihrer Auswertung die Spülung. Zum Spülen genügt ein einziger Liter Wasser. Nähert sich eine Person dem Urinal, ohne es zu benutzen, reagiert die Steuerelektronik nicht. So wird unnötiges Spülen bei zufälligem Betreten der Reaktionszone oder kurzfristigem Aufenthalt (Vorbeigehen) vermieden. Nach 24 Stunden ohne Benutzung wird das Urinal automatisch gespült.
Die Konstruktion des Spülers ermöglicht eine einfache Montage durch Anschließen und Befestigen der Keramik an die vorbereitete Wand. Durch die Anordnung aller Elemente innerhalb der Keramik ist die Spüleinrichtung vor mechanischer, auch mutwilliger Beschädigung geschützt. Es gibt es keine optischen Sensoren mit ihren Nachteilen, z.B. verminderte Empfindlichkeit bei Verschmutzung oder Beschädigung der optischen Elemente oder gegenüber dunklen Farben.
Das Urinal wird in zwei Versionen geliefert – für 12 V, 50 Hz aus der Stromquelle ZAC – AUP 03 oder für Gleichstrom aus 4 Batterien AA – AUP 03.B.
Das automatische Edelstahl-Urinal AUP 03 ist aufgrund seiner Robustheit vor allem für öffentliche Sanitärbereiche, Autobahnraststellen usw. bestimmt, wo es maximale Hygiene und Wassereinsparungen sowie eine lange Lebensdauer garantiert.Für Schwerbetriebe ist eine vandalensichere Variante aus Blech der Stärke 2 mm geeignet – BSTP 01 in der Sicherheitssektion.
AUP 03 ist aus Edelstahl AISI 304 hergestellt. Auf Wusch kann das Urinal auch aus einem anderem Werkstoff hergestellt werden (z.B. AISI 316). Zum Reinigen keine chlorhaltigen Mittel verwenden. Empfohlene Reinigungsmittel der Firma WÜRTH: Regenerationsmittel für Metall (8931211) und Pflegespray für Edelstahl (0893 121-K).
Neu bieten wir pulverlackierte Edelstahlurinale. Ihr breites Farbspektrum ermöglicht den Einsatz in farblich gestaltete Räumlichkeiten, ob nun Einkaufszentren, Verwaltungsgebäude, Schulen oder auch Museen und Galerien, in denen sie durch ihr Erscheinungsbild hervorstechende Akzente setzen.
Was ist Pulverlack?
Bei Pulverlackierung wird der pulverförmige Kunststofflack mit Hilfe elektrostatischer Aufladung auf die Oberfläche des zu lackierenden Gegenstandes aufgebracht. Durch das Prinzip bedingt beschränkt sich das Einsatzgebiet auf Produkte aus elektrisch leitfähigen Werkstoffen.
