AMZ is an automatic stainless steel washing system of aprons intended for free-standing onto the floor. The system of nozzles uses a single-pipe inlet of pre-mixed water from a circulation or water mixed by means of a thermostatic valve. The AMZ 01 is equipped with a built-in sensor that reacts to a user standing within the range of its scanning zone. The user steps on the grid, the electromagnetic valve opens the water inlet and water starts to flow out from the system of nozzles. The apron is cleaned of dirt by means of the nozzles without the necessity of contact and thus prevents from the possible contamination of the control elements. Water stops running with a certain time delay after the user steps off the grid. Regarding the construction of the washing system it is recommended to install the system close to the sewer inlets. The AMZ 02 is a sensor-controlled washing system of aprons equipped with a START/STOP system. The user steps on the grid and turns on water by brief shading of the sensor. A hand brush with a connection to the water inlet can be used for additional cleaning. The washing system is equipped with a stainless steel water retainer with its own outlet, which is placed underneath the grid. AMZ sind automatische Schürzenwäscher aus Edelstahl mit Düsen und Sensorsteuerung, bestimmt zum Aufstellen auf den Boden. Sie werden an einen Wasseranschluss mit temperiertem Recycling-Wasser oder an ein Thermostatventil angeschlossen. Der Schürzenwäscher AMZ 01 hat einen optoelektronischen Sensor, der auf die Anwesenheit einer Person im Bereich der Anlage reagiert. Beim betreten des Edelstahlrostes (Reaktionszone) wird die Wasserzufuhr durch ein elektromagnetisches Ventil geöffnet. Mittels mehrerer Düsen wird die Schürze von Schmutz befreit, ohne dass die Person ein Steuerelement berühren und ggf. kontaminieren müsste. Nach Verlassen des Podests (der Reaktionszone) wird die Wasserzufuhr nach einer einstellbaren Zeit (Nachlaufzeit) automatisch unterbrochen. Angesichts der Konstruktion des Schürzenwäschers ist eine Aufstellung nahe an einem Gully zu empfehlen. Der Schürzenwäscher AMZ 01 hat einen Sensor mit START/STOP-System. Nach Betreten des Edelstahl-Rostes wird die Wasserzufuhr durch Bewegen der Hand geöffnet. Im Bedarfsfall kann die Schürze mit einer Handbürste mit Wasserzufuhr nachgereinigt werden. Unterhalb des Rostes befindet sich zusätzlich eine Edelstahl-Wanne mit eigenem Abfluss. Die automatischen Schürzenwäscher AMZ 01 sind vor allem für Schlachtbetriebe geeignet, wo sie eine schnelle und einfache Reinigung der Arbeitsschürzen und verbesserte Hygiene am Arbeitsplatz gewährleisten.
